A lifelong Georgia native, Beth"s journey in real estate began when she moved to the Golden Isles in 2000. She gained valuable experience working with several real estate brokerages in both sales and property management. When her husband, Adam, moved to the Golden Isles in 2010, their shared love and passion for real estate led them to found Lilmar Vacations, a premier boutique vacation rental and property management company. Their vision is to make a significant impact on their clients’ investment properties and enhance the guest experience on St. Simons Island.

Beth is known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and client-centric approach. Her commitment to excellence and integrity has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the real estate community. Beth is dedicated to providing personalized service, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported throughout the entire process.

Outside of her professional life, Beth enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and Adam, along with their daughter, Lily, and their boxer, Marley, love exploring the beautiful beaches of St. Simons Island. Beth is also a food enthusiast and enjoys discovering new culinary experiences during their travels, particularly in the eastern Caribbean islands.
